Below is a schedule of our typical flat-fee services. Please note that these represent our professional fees; government filing fees, foreign counsel charges, translation costs, and other third-party expenses are separate. For complex matters such as litigation or extensive M&A due diligence, we work on an hourly basis or create a custom project-based fee structure.
